I've made all my payments, what happens now?

When you have made all 12 scheduled payments you will be provided with your renewal options via email. Your renewal options will depend on your payment history and credit eligibility. 

You can either:

Renew - carry on renting your current handset at a lower monthly cost.

Upgrade - swap your current device for a newer model.

Cancel - send the device back to us free of charge to cancel the agreement. 

If you do not respond to our renewal email, your device will fall into a 30-day rolling contract. This means the payments will continue every 30 days until the renewal option is chosen and these payments are non-refundable.

Please note: you do not get to keep the device after your contract has ended.
