I've been placed on a 30-day rolling agreement. What does this mean? ๐Ÿ“†

๐Ÿ“ฉ Within 14 days of your current rental agreement coming to an end, we will send you a bespoke renewal email with some options for you to choose from. These are:

1๏ธโƒฃ Upgrading to a better model

2๏ธโƒฃ Keeping your current device on a lower monthly payment plan

3๏ธโƒฃ Returning your current device and end your current agreement

๐Ÿ“† If you do not choose any of the above options within the final 14 days of your rental agreement ending, we will place you on a rolling 30-day agreement at your original monthly rental price.

What happens if I'm placed on a rolling 30-day agreement?

๐Ÿ‘‰ Essentially nothing changes. We'll continue to debit your monthly rental price on your current payment date.

Why should I think about renewing?

โœ… You can benefit from bespoke options based on your payment history and credit score at the end of your 12-month agreement such as:

โ–ถ Upgrading to a better model for a better monthly price
โ–ถ Keeping your current model for a better monthly price
