Why can't I upgrade my Rental Device?

There a few factors which may affect your ability to Renew your musicMagpie Rental Agreement with a new device. 

  • We may not be able to offer you an upgrade agreement if you did not make all of your rental payments on time within your first 12 month agreement.
  • Your credit eligibility may also have an impact on your ability to upgrade.
