When should I receive my renewal options?
Renewal options are usually made available 14 days before the end of your minimum agreement term.
Your options will also be available within My Account once they have been generated.
I haven't received the email
If you haven't received your renewal email, please check:
- Your Inbox
- Your Junk folder
- Your Spam folder
You should also sign in to My Account to check whether your renewal options are available there.
I still can't access my renewal options
If you're unable to locate your renewal email or view your renewal options in My Account, please contact our Customer Service Team.
