I have not received my Renewal Options email

We will send out an email containing a breakdown of the renewal options you are eligible for 14 days before the end of your agreed minimum term, which is usually 12 months. 

This will be sent to the email address on the order.

If you have not received this renewal email 14 days before the end of the agreement is due, then please check your Junk and Spam folders, and also check your online account. 
If you are still unable to access your End of Agreement options, please reach out to our Customer Support Team, and they will be able to confirm the options you are eligible for.
