What are the options at the end of my rental agreement?

📩 Within 14 days of your rental agreement coming to an end, we'll email you with some bespoke renewal options.

You will be given the choice to renew, upgrade or cancel your agreement. 

If you select renew, you will keep your device at a discounted price. 

If you select upgrade, you will return your current device for a newer model. 

If you select cancel, you will return the device to us and the agreement will not continue.

Please note: the renewal options we provide at the end of your agreement will vary based on your credit eligibility and payment history.
