If your device has developed a fault, it's likely that it'll be covered under our Lifetime Warranty.

To return your device under our Lifetime Warranty, please follow the steps below:
๐ Head to My Account
๐ Find your rental order in your account section (it will look like this ๐)
๐ Clickย View Order
๐Click the item you need to return.
๐ Then clickย Return My Device
๐ On the next screen, chooseย Faulty as the reason for your return. You'll be able to give more detail about the nature of the fault for our returns team.
๐ Finally, clickย Confirm Return.
๐ซ You'll be emailed a QR code to send your device back to us via your nearest Post Office.
โ Before returning an Apple or Samsung product, please ensure the following has been done:
โ Remove all security and parental locks
โ Remove any SIM and/or external memory cards
โ Remove your iCloud or Samsung account

Once we've received your device, we will:
๐ฒ Send you a like-for-like replacement at no extra cost.
๐ฆ Send your replacement device out to you on a Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.
๐ฉ If weโre unable to replace your device, your rental agreement will be cancelled and we'll let you know by email.
โ If we find evidence that the device has been opened up or tampered with in any way, your warranty will be voided.
