All musicMagpie Rental devices are delivered FREE of charge using Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders will be dispatched on the same day if your purchase is completed before:
- 3pm on weekdays
- 12pm on weekends
Orders placed after these times will be dispatched on the next working day.
How will I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you a confirmation email.
This email will include your Royal Mail tracking number, allowing you to track your delivery from dispatch through to arrival.
We'll also email you on the day your rental device is due to be delivered.
Where do you deliver?
We currently only deliver to UK-registered addresses.
Royal Mail expects delivery within 2 working days by 5:30pm for the following postcode areas:
- HS2
- JE
- PA60-75
- PA78
- ZE2-3
Royal Mail expects delivery within 3 working days by 5:30pm for the following postcode areas:
- KW16 (non-town)
- KW17
- PH30
- PH41-44
Delivery times do not include UK public bank holidays.
