The cover included with your rental agreement depends on when the agreement started.
Agreements started before 21 July 2021
If you rented a device with us before 21 July 2021, your rental agreement includes FREE accidental damage cover, in addition to your FREE Lifetime Warranty.
If you need to make an accidental damage claim through your CityMain insurance policy, you can do so via the CityMain claims service.
Agreements started or renewed after 21 July 2021
If you rented a new device or renewed your agreement after 21 July 2021, you'll only be covered by our Lifetime Warranty.
The Lifetime Warranty does not include accidental damage.
What if my device is lost or stolen?
If your device is lost or stolen, it's worth checking whether you're covered by your own insurance policy, as some policies may provide cover in these circumstances.
