Do I have insurance with my rental device?

📆 If you rented a device with us before 21st July 2021, you'll have FREE accidental damage cover included with your rental agreement, on top of your FREE Lifetime Warranty.

To submit an accidental damage claim via your CityMain insurance, please click here.

📆 If you renewed or rented a new device after 21st July 2021, you'll only be covered under our Lifetime Warranty which does not include instances of accidental damage.

If you lose the device or have it stolen, it's worth checking your own liability insurance as we've found that many of these do provide cover in these unfortunate scenarios.
