Your rental device is covered by our FREE Lifetime Warranty for the entire duration of your rental agreement.
What's covered?
The Lifetime Warranty covers:
- Technical defects
- Faults caused by improper workmanship
- Faults caused by defective materials.
What isn't covered?
Your warranty will be void if we find evidence that:
- The device has been opened or tampered with in any way.
- The device has been returned with accidental damage.
What happens if I make a warranty claim?
If your device is covered by the warranty, we'll provide a like-for-like replacement at no additional cost.
Replacement devices are sent using a 48-hour tracked delivery service.
What if a replacement isn't available?
If we're unable to provide a replacement device, your rental agreement will be cancelled free of charge.
