What happens at the end of my rental agreement?
When your 12-month rental agreement comes to an end, you'll have three options:
- Upgrade to a newer device.
- Keep your current device on a new 12-month agreement with a lower monthly cost.
- Return your device and cancel your agreement.
We'll contact you by email 14 days before your agreement ends to explain the options available to you.
