Every device is assigned one of the following cosmetic grades:
- Pristine
- Very Good
- Good
Our condition grades relate to the cosmetic appearance of the device only. No matter which grade you choose, your device will be fully functional and have passed our testing and refurbishment process.
Pristine
Pristine is the highest grade we offer.
Devices in Pristine condition are in excellent cosmetic condition with little to no visible signs of use. If you're looking for a device that's as close as possible to new in appearance, this is the grade for you.
Very Good
Very Good is our mid-range grade.
These devices are in great cosmetic condition and may have light signs of wear and tear. Any marks are usually minor and may be less noticeable when the device is used with a case or cover.
Good
Good is the lowest grade we currently offer.
These devices have more noticeable signs of wear and tear, which may still be visible when using a case or cover. Despite the cosmetic imperfections, the device will be fully tested and work as intended.
