Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is an additional security feature that helps protect your musicMagpie account.
When 2FA is enabled, you'll be asked to enter a security code whenever you sign in to your account. The code is sent to your registered email address after you've entered your email address and password.
The code must be entered before it expires in order to complete the sign-in process.
How do I set up Two-Factor Authentication?
- Sign in to your musicMagpie account.
- Select My Account.
- Under Your Account, select Password.
- Select Manage 2-Factor Authentication.
- If your email address hasn't been verified, you'll be prompted to verify it first.
- Once your email address has been verified, Two-Factor Authentication will be enabled automatically.
Why am I not receiving my Two-Factor Authentication email?
If you haven't received your security code, please:
- Check your Spam folder.
- Check your Junk folder.
- Confirm you're checking the inbox associated with your musicMagpie account.
