My card details are right but payment has failed?

If your card details are correct in your account but payment has failed, you can go to 'manage payments' within your rental orders page and process the payment manually by selecting the 'pay' button.

If you are still having trouble making payments, we recommend checking all of your details are correct. You will need to update your card details if:

- your card is lost/stolen

- your card expires 

- your billing address has changed
