What if I miss a payment?

9:If you miss a monthly payment, your account will enter into arrears.

We will contact you via email and SMS to let you know so that you're able to pay your outstanding balance as soon as possible through your online account or by giving us a call.

If you fail to make payment within 25 days, your handset will be blocked from use. 

If you fail to make payment within 30 days, you will incur a late payment fee of £30.00. If you fail to make payment within 59 days, an additional £30.00 fee will be applied. 

Failure to make payment after 30 days will have a negative impact on your credit file. Please ensure payment is made on time to avoid this.
