My accessory is faulty, can I return this for replacement?

All of our Rental Devices, alongside the accessories we provide with them, are covered by our Rental Warranty. 

This warranty does not cover items for accidental damage, but any functionality issues or manufacturing defects will be covered. 

If your rental device comes with accessories, such as a charging cable, controller or other wires, these will be included in the warranty. 

If any of these accessories become faulty and are not working as expected, please contact our Customer Service Team, and we can arrange a replacement for the item affected. 

You may need to return the original accessory before a replacement can be issued.
