All rental devices are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery.
When should my order arrive?
If you place your order before:
- 3pm on a weekday, or
- 12pm on a weekend
your device should be dispatched the same day.
Once dispatched, we aim to deliver your device on the next working day.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number.
We recommend checking your tracking information for the latest delivery updates.
My order hasn't arrived yet
Royal Mail delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed.
We must allow 7 working days from the date of dispatch for Royal Mail to deliver your rental device.
It's been more than 7 working days
If your device hasn't arrived after 7 working days from dispatch, please contact our Customer Service Team.
We'll investigate the delivery and advise you on the next steps.
