I haven't received my order - what do I do?

All of our Rental Devices are sent via Royal Mail 48-hour tracked delivery service.

If you order before 3pm on a weekday, or 12pm on a weekend, the item should be dispatched on the same day, and we aim to deliver it on the next working day. 

However, Royal Mail time frames are estimates and not guaranteed, therefore you will receive a dispatch email with your tracking number. We would recommend checking on the tracking, as this will show you any updates.

We must allow 7 working days, after the day of dispatch for Royal Mail to deliver any rental devices. 

If you have still not received the item after the 7 working days have passed, please speak to our Customer Service Team via Live Chat, Email or Telephone, and they will advise what to do next.
