I have damaged my rental device - what happens now?

📆 If you rented a device with us before 21st July 2021, you'll have FREE accidental damage cover included with your rental agreement, on top of your FREE Lifetime Warranty.

📆 If you renewed or rented a new device after 21st July 2021, you'll only be covered under our Lifetime Warranty which does not include instances of accidental damage.

If you ordered after 21st July 2021, and you do not have accidental damage cover, you will need to contact our customer service team, and they will tell you what to do next.

If you return an item to us with accidental damage which was not present when the item was sent out to you, we will calculate a fee for the cost of the damage on the device, and you will be required to pay this upon cancellation of your agreement.
