Is it a direct debit?

No, we take payment each month directly from the credit/debit card stored within your account. It is your job to ensure your card details are up-to-date and correct for each payment to be taken successfully. 

The 'bank details' section in your account is for sell order use only. Updating these details will not allow you to make payment for your Rental Agreement.
