I've received my accessories, but no device.

If you have received a parcel containing your Rental Accessories, such as your screen protector and free case, but the device has not arrived yet, please don't worry! 

We try to dispatch the accessories and device packaged together where possible, however, sometimes we are unable to do this.

Please contact our Customer Service Team, and they can confirm the tracking information for the device, and whether it has been sent separately.
