How can I change my payment date?

You can change your rental payment date through your online account. Here's how:

πŸ‘‰ Head to your Shopping Orders page in My Account

πŸ‘‰ Find your rental order in your My Account section (it will look like this πŸ‘‡)


πŸ‘‰Head to your Payment History section

πŸ‘‰ Under the Change Payment Dates section, click Change (see below πŸ‘‡)


πŸ‘‰Choose your new payment date - you can only change it by 7 days on either side of your current payment date

πŸ‘‰Click Save

Your payment date will now be updated. Your next monthly rental payment will be debited on your new date.
